Jr. Girls Volleyball
Bateman offers a Junior girls volleyball team for grade 9 and 10 girls. No previous volleyball experience is necessary. The season runs from the first week of September until the end of October. We practice Monday to Thursday after school from 3-4:30 and games are usually on Wednesdays. We attend the Hatzic tournament and High Road academy tournament in October. Coaches are Bruno Bergen, Kate Etsell and Tara Plantinga.
Sr. Girls Volleyball
Bateman offers a Senior Girls Volleyball team for grade 11 + 12 girls. Basic knowledge and skills of the sport are helpful to be successful. Try-outs are the first week of September after school. Games are Tuesday or Thursday evenings and practices normally occur 2-3 times a week after school. The season runs from September until mid November. Annually, we participate in the Abbotsford City Tournament. Coaches are Tamara Burk + Kristy Anderton
