From Abbotsford Magnuson Ford Soccer Club. Many exhausted faces departed Abbotsford Senior Secondary as the Sisters-in-Soccer Spring Camp came to a close on March 21, 2014. This fun skill-based experience focused on giving female soccer players the opportunity to work on individual skills and possession play, as well creating experiential opportunities for several female coaches, who are currently enrolled on the clubs Coaching Sisters initiative.
The coaches for the Sisters-in-Soccer camp introduced many new drills that all of the girls enjoyed. These drills taught the players new skills and techniques that are required to be a well-rounded soccer players. The coaches ensured that all of the girls participated in learning many new strategic techniques by jumping into the live game-play and providing players with tips and pointers when necessary.
