Spring Food Favourites

From restuarant 62. As we test cook and prepare to launch our spring menu on March 26th, we want to hear from you. What spring food do you love that is grown in the Fraser Valley? Do you know of a local farm that we may not be familiar with you could introduce us to? Do you have memories of a dish from one of our previous menus that you just haven’t been able to get off your mind?

Black Box Competition

February 20th was a busy afternoon at r62. Jeff, Matthew and Travis went head to head in a black box competition. Staff and two special guests, Paul and Chantel were the impartial judges. We look forward to more in the near future!

Wine Maker’s Dinner

We are delighted that the wonderful people at Fort Berens Winery in Lillooet BC have agreed to do another dinner at the restaurant on Sunday, May 3rd. The cost is $175 per person for a 5 course menu with wine and space is very limited. Call 604-855-3545
