Yale Secondary has a long history of athletic success. Over the past four decades Yale has produced many athletes who have gone on to national and international success. Some of our highlights include:
-Our boys rugby program has finished in the top 8 in the province four of the past five years with a bronze medal finish in 2013.
-Our Sr. Girls rugby team finished 3rd in the province in 2014.
-Our boys basketball program is one of the best in the province winning two provincial AAA championships in the past decade.
-Our wrestling team has along history of provincial champions.
-A former member of the Yale golf team now has his PGA tour card.
-Our swimming team has over 30 athletes competing on a yearly basis.
-Our track and field program continues to grow and just recently won a gold medal in the men’s 100m.
-Many Yale volleyball players have gone on to play University ball.
