Last year Abbotsford Police Chief Bob Rich became famous outside of the realms of the homeless and the cocktail circuit with his gun-toting Santa.

This year he’s trying to teach the kiddies how to grow up to be proper adults.

One of the many things Chief Bob got in trouble for this year was a series of embarrassing emails revealing a less than tender attitude for the homeless among the APD’s top brass.

Win Wachsmann had a little fun with the Christmas Card the APD is sending out this year and we’d like you to add your ideas to the mix.
