Abbotsford Summer Classes Available Online – Godden

Students and parents should learn Wednesday about the fate of summer school courses in their school districts.

BC teachers’ strike action has included summer school classes in their labour action but the BC Labour Relations Board says Grades 10 through 12 who failed a course, which they won’t be able to take in the fall, must be provided with summer school opportunities.

According to the Vancouver Sun, “Abbotsford superintendent Kevin Godden said courses in his district deemed essential by the board’s ruling can be accessed through the district’s online learning website.”
