Trustee Indemnities Set For Next Four Years

A five-member community committee has set
indemnities to be paid to trustees following the civic
election in November. Board policy requires that changes
in trustee indemnity must be established for the
subsequent Board.

The 2014 External Ad-Hoc Trustee
Indemnity Committee recommended there be no
increase in trustee indemnities for the first two years of
the term commencing December 1st this year. In the third
and fourth years (starting December 1, 2016) trustees will
receive a 2.3% increase.
