Submitted. During the month of September, the Abbotsford Police Department began to investigate a series of early morning “cat burglaries” in east Abbotsford.
On November 5th & 6th, the Abbotsford Police Department’s Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) along with the APD Patrol Division executed two search warrants in the Abbotsford area. Police recovered stolen property in relation to one of the cat burglaries.
Twenty year old Beau Burgessihota was arrested and charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Stolen Property, Motor Vehicle Theft, and Breach of Recognizance. A second male, a young offender was also arrested and charged with Break and Enter.
