Client Appreciation Week January 12th-16th, 2015

This week from Monday through Thursday, we are featuring a two course prix fixe menu. Choose either a dessert or an appetizer with an entree for $25 per person.

MENU

Choose an appetizer or dessert with an entrée. $25 per person.

Appetizers:

Steamed Salt Spring Island mussels
Coconut, green curry and lemongrass broth

Or

Yarrow beet consummé
Abbotsford organic goat cheese, roasted beets

Entrees:

Slow red wine braised lamb shank
Israeli cous cous and roasted cauliflower

Or

Seared Fraser Valley duck breast
Lentils, fruit preserves

Or

Chickpea and feta perogies
Kale, onions and oven roasted tomatoes

Desserts:

House churned ice cream
Warm local blueberry and red wine sauce

Or

Dark chocolate mousse
Blood orange segments

This menu is a warm up for our annual “Dine Around Abbotsford” promotion. From January 19th through February 5th we will be featuring a 3 course menu for $30 per person. This menu will be released this week.
