This afternoon members of the Abbotsford Police Department’s Patrol Division made direct contact with Jonathan Moyls. He is in good health and was unaware of the search for him. His family has been updated. We appreciate the assistance of the public and the media with this investigation.

Previously posted. On Friday, January 25 at 10:00 am the Abbotsford Police Department received a call concerning a missing 54 year old man. Jonathan Mark Moyls was last seen by family on January 18 although he made occasional phone contact in the days that followed.
The APD were able to confirm that Moyls had been staying at an Abbotsford hotel on Sumas Way until January 19th. His whereabouts since then are not known. Moyls is likely travelling in his grey 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt bearing license plate 388 WNH (similar vehicle photo below).
Moyls stands 5’9” tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown eyes, short brown greying hair and a goatee.
There has been no activity on Moyls’ social media sites and checks of the borders and hospitals have been negative. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Jonathan Moyls they should contact the Abbotsford Police at 604-859-5225.
