Submitted. On Thursday, May 29, 2014 the Abbotsford Police arrested 47 year old Charles David Parent of Abbotsford. Parent has been charged with 4 counts of Personating a Peace Officer. The charges relate to incidents which took place in late 2013 and early 2014. Parent has an extensive criminal history that includes multiple convictions for Personating a Peace Officer and Fraud.
